These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JOVIT Delivery online store, operated by JOVIT Delivery Service (JOVIT), Nigeria. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this store and place orders.
2. Accounts
Accounts are optional; you may check out as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at jovitmedia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Ordering
- Placing an order means making an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when payment succeeds and we confirm your order.
- Product pages show live stock counts; an item that sells out after you order may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes where applicable.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack in NGN. We do not see or store your card details. An order is created only after successful payment. Failed or cancelled payments create no order and charge you nothing.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Umuahia, Abia State and Aba, Abia State, 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and order volume.
- You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and be reachable on the phone number you supply.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, or to the person receiving there.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store: no scraping or reverse-engineering, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent or test orders, no impersonation, and no use of the store for anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The store design, branding, text and images belong to JOVIT or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and your statutory rights
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA), the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, or any other applicable law. If any part of these terms conflicts with a right the law gives you, that right prevails.
